I don’t think too many words need to be said to describe my session with this little sweetie pie! He was the best sleeper and let us get a full 2.5 hours of him sleeping away while we posed him and took some amazing photographs! I have so many great ones that I know his family is simply going to just LOVE but for now I will share a few of my favorites-

So, her sneak peek has already been posted and her gallery is complete – I just couldn’t go another day without sharing two more images from her session.
This sweet little newborn came in for her session at 4 and 5 days old. Yes- she spent two days with me and I loved every minute of it. (who doesn’t love to snuggle with a newborn!?) She was quite alert and fussy for the first day of her session and I promised her mommy that another day and time would make all the difference. We may have simply worn her out on the first day but I always love to put in the extra effort to capture images that the family dreams of.
These images (and others in her gallery) have quickly become some favorites of mine to date!
I am slow to getting to this blog post but hope that these gorgeous images were worth the wait!!
This little sweetheart was 7 days old for her newborn session and although it took her a bit to settle we managed to capture some amazingly beautiful sleeping portraits of her. I love these images to pieces!!
So excited to have another newborn girl in the studio this past weekend. Don’t let these sleeping picture deceive you…. She really made me work for these! This was by far my longest session but was so worth it! I have a lot of images to go through and edit but promised her mommy that I’d have some up on the blog for her by tonight.
I had the wonderful pleasure of photographing sweet baby “G” over the weekend. It took quite a bit of patience to get her to sleep but after some cuddling from her mama we were able to capture some adorable shots of her.

I have shared a couple of her images already but wanted to add a full blog post for her family. She was such an adorable little sweetheart and a joy to have in the studio. I love so many of the images that I captured.

One thing I LOVE to capture is a smile from a sleeping newborn. This little sweetie gave me some great smiles throughout her session and I will be sharing more of her gorgeous images soon but for now, have a look at this adorable shot!

I say it all the time, every mother hears it when they bring me their sweet little bundle of joy to photograph, I LOVE newborn sessions. I get baby fever and it’s cured all at the same time.
Sweet Miss “A” was an absolute delight to photograph. For being 4 days old, she did give me a little bit of work to do but with images like these I say it’s all worth it.
I get told quite often that I have talent but when the parents leave a session and thank me for my patience I am really proud to admit that I am determined to capture artistic shots of their sleeping newborn.
When my images make the parents cry- I’ve done my job! It’s shots like this that make it all worth it!
When you book a session with me, your gallery always includes storyboard options. They come in a variety of sizes and can have several images. These are a great way to display a grouping of your favorite shots from your session.

And as always, they come mounted and ready to hang- no special framing required.
I always love photographing newborns. Even when they make me work extra hard to capture beautiful portraits of them! This little bundle of sweetness didn’t sleep for long periods of time and woke easily but LOVE that with a bit of time and patience I was able to capture these gorgeous shots of her.
This little guy is his parents pride and joy. He is definitely LOVED by many. Such a little sweet heart- I really enjoyed being able to spend two mornings with him, while capturing beautiful newborn portraits for his parents.

Meet Baby Boy “H”, a pure sweetheart at just 9 days old. He was an absolute perfect model for me and gave hardly a fuss when we moved into a different pose or setup. Here is a sneak peek of his newborn session, enjoy!
My session with this little baby boy couldn’t have gone any better! He was a pure delight to photograph. The only time he gave me work to do was when I tried to move his little fingers or place his hands in another position… so we went with it, where he wanted them and how he wanted them. When he finally settled into a nice sleep, he was out! Which gave us perfect opportunity to get some adorable sleeping shots of him.
Newborns are my favorite subject to photograph and along with that comes my love for making custom birth announcements for the new parents. I was inspired to come up with a couple different styles using the pictures of a recent newborn session.
